UniFiDirect is not affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by Ubiquiti Inc. UniFi and Ubiquiti are registered trademarks of Ubiquiti Inc.

4. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.

5. Billing and Payments

• Subscription: Services are billed on a recurring basis (Monthly or Annually).
• Cancellations: You may cancel at any time.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless issued at our discretion.

6. Data Ownership & Backups

Your data belongs to you. We provide a "Zero Vendor Lock-in" policy, meaning you can export your .unf backup files at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

UniFiDirect is provided "as is" and "as available."
